This meeting of the Ocean Policy Advisory Council took place on Thursday and Friday, September 20 and 21, 2018 at the Holiday Inn in Salem, OR (formerly the Red Lion) - 3301 Market Street, NE Salem, OR 97301. This meeting focused on informing all OPAC members on the Territorial Sea Plan's many parts including the ongoing update to the Rocky Shores Management Strategy (Part 3) and the invalidation and next steps for Uses of the Territorial Sea (Part 5)
