This data set is the spatial documentation of the Douglas County Wave Energy Project preliminary permit application. The Porject is to be situated in the Pacific Ocean at the mouth of the Umpqua River. The site is situated commencing one quarter of a mile to the west of the terminus of the existing jetties at the mouth of the river, and extend eastward to the breakwaters of the Salmon Harbor Marina, all wihtin Douclas County , Oregon.
