This data set is the spatial documentation of the Lincoln County Wave Energy Project preliminary permit application. The Porject is to be situated in the Pacific Ocean within the Territorial Sea direclty offshore of Lincoln county. This permit application was not accepted by FERC due to it's limited specificity and broad scope.
