Boiler Bay is a basalt-rimmed bay located about two miles north of Depoe Bay and features 2.7 miles of diverse, intertidal habitat. 

Pirate Cove features a sandstone inlet surrounded by basalt rock on either side of the cove located one mile north of Depoe Bay.

An extensive basalt rock bench and intertidal habitat area just south of Cape Perpetua fronting the entire length of Neptune State Park. 

57 acres of subtidal and 3.5 acres of intertidal area with associated rocks northwest of the mouth of Sunset Bay, approximately 12 miles southwest of Coos Bay, in Coos County, Oregon.

0.8 miles of cliffs, rocky intertidal, and subtidal reef/kelp beds, and offshore rocks in and near the north cove , and 0.3 miles of intertidal habitat at the tip of Cape Arago, approximately 12 miles south of Coos Bay, in Coos County, Oregon.

1.4 miles of intertidal and subtidal habitat at the tip of Cape Blanco, approximately 9.5 miles northwest of Port Orford, in Curry County, Oregon

The Brookings Marine Research Area is the most southern rocky habitat protected area in Oregon. The designation boundaries span the intertidal area 1/2 mile north of Harris Beach State Park to the mouth of the Chetco River on the south (excluding the area within the Harris Beach Marine Garden).
